In the middle of Cebu’s most dynamic, high-density tech district that never sleeps, what a pleasant surprise it is to find a wide open area that allows plenty of space to breathe, relax, and fully enjoy some downtime.
Avida Towers Riala in Cebu I.T. Park recently launched the amenity areas in the five-tower condominium development. True to Avida’s vision to “live without compromise,” one hectare of space is dedicated just for the amenities.
If one hectare or 10,000 square meters is a bit hard to picture, consider that an Olympic-size swimming pool is a little over 1,000 square meters. In the middle of the ultra-prime real estate of I.T. Park, an amenity area of this size is truly impressive.
Homeowners don’t have to leave the complex for an al fresco biophilic experience. The Grand Lawn has 4,900 square meters of expansive green spaces and a family-friendly Fitness Zone with a children’s playground, jogging path, basketball half-court, plus an adult pool and kiddie pool.
Overlooking the Grand Lawn is the Amenity Deck, which has two courtyards and four private gardens where homeowners can either find quiet time or hang out with family and friends. To formally launch these areas, Avida Land hosted a sunset poolside party at the Amenity Deck for its media partners. After a presentation of the amenities, guests were treated to an exclusive cocktail masterclass conducted by mixologist Audrey Gustilo, and audio mixes by Cebu DJ Via Chan.

Avida Towers Riala has a total of 3,394 studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units. Towers 1 to 3 are now ready for occupancy, while the pre-selling units in the ongoing Towers 4 and 5 are expected to be completed by March 2023 and June 2025, respectively.
