On-demand delivery platform Lalamove partnered with Junior Chamber International (JCI) Cebu Chapter for the Baon Paglaum project and delivered food packs for medical frontliners working in Talisay City’s four vaccination sites.
With the help of Lalamove’s partner riders, Packs of Hope’ were delivered every Tuesday and Friday from September 7 to October 1, 2021, to Gaisano SRP, Lagtang Gym, Starmall, and Southtown Centre. Lalamove’s selection of four-wheel vehicles allowed for 240 food packs to be delivered to provide for about 60 frontliners.
The Baon Paglaum Project is an initiative that shows support and gives hope to frontline workers to boost their morale amidst the pandemic. Throughout the pandemic, Lalamove has tied up with different organizations to deliver food packs, PPEs, and medical equipment in Cebu.
